Gerald Rohan, BA MBA


Mr. Rohan, is an experienced executive with wide ranging experience as a board member and strategic advisor of energy companies. From 1994 – 2007 Gerald was with PricewaterhouseCoopers Russia where, as Director, Energy, Utilities and Mining Mr. Rohan provided strategic advice to international companies entering into and working in Russia's mining and petroleum industries. He has also more recently served on the board of directors of a number of international companies. From 2008 – 2013 he was a board member and Chair of the Audit Committee of Enel Russia and of TKG9, and from 2011 – 2013 he was a member of the Board and Chair of the Audit Committee of Russian Platinum. From 2009 – 2011 Mr. Rohan was a board observer for a consortium of banks overseeing restructuring of an energy conglomerate in Russia. From 2014 and 2015 he was a senior adviser to the Board of Directors of Seplat, an African petroleum company newly listed on the London Stock Exchange providing advice on corporate governance and compliance, internal audit, and corporate social responsibility.

Mr. Rohan is currently a part-time visiting professor at Moscow State University Higher School of Business teaching business ethics and corporate governance and is co-author of the books “Train the Trainer” and “Business Ethics”. He is a member of the International Petroleum week organizing committee, a Fellow of the Energy Institute, and a member of the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN).

Mr. Rohan is a US/Irish citizen, married and lives in Moscow Russia.
